Welcome to Bid App! By registering, activating, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any bidding activities.

1. Account Registration & Activation
  • Users must create and activate an account with valid personal details (name, email, and mobile number).
  • Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts may result in suspension.
  • Account activation confirms that the user has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Daily Bid Limit
  • Each registered user is entitled to 4 bids per day as part of the standard service package.
  • Once the 4-bid limit is reached, users attempting to place a 5th bid will be prompted to purchase extra bidding chances.
  • Purchase chances are valid for the same day and cannot be transferred or carried forward.
3. Purchasing Extra Chances
  • Extra bids can be purchased securely within the app.
  • Prices, offers, or bundles may vary and are displayed clearly before payment.
  • All transactions are final; purchased bids are non-refundable once used or allocated.
4. Auto-Renewal Policy
  • The Bid App service automatically renews at the end of your subscription period unless you opt out before the renewal date.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent via SMS or email.
  • You can deactivate auto-renewal anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
5. Deactivation & Verification
  • If you choose to deactivate your account or cancel auto-renewal, an SMS confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number verifying successful deactivation.
  • Once deactivated, you will no longer be charged or able to place new bids.
6. Bidding Rules
  • All bids are final once submitted.
  • Each auction follows a lowest unique bid format — the user who places the lowest bid amount that no other participant matches will be declared the winner.
  • Bid timers, item availability, and closing times are displayed clearly on each auction page.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the bidding system (e.g., automated bots, fake accounts) will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
7. Payments and Refunds
  • All payments made through Bid App are processed securely.
  • Bidding fees and subscription charges are non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors or unauthorized charges.
  • For refund requests or billing issues, please contact support@bidapp.com within 7 days of the transaction.
8. Fair Play & Compliance
  • Bid App promotes fair competition. Fraudulent or unethical activity, such as fake bidding or using third-party software, is strictly prohibited.
  • The company reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these rules.
